McLeod Trees values the importance of the Health and Safety of our Employees and the Community as a whole, as such we have embraced the need for Stage 4 Lockdown restrictions in an attempt to reduce and hopefully eradicate COVID-19 from our community.

As of 11.59pm on 5th August 2020 McLeod Trees will cease all private, residential, commercial and domestic works for a period of 6 weeks, or until advised otherwise in accordance with relevant Government regulations and advice.

​

Some Priority works on State Government Major Road and Rail Projects (e.g. Level Crossing Removals, North East Link and West Gate Tunnel Construction) will continue, however, only where absolutely necessary, to meet timelines and to allow construction to continue. These works are strictly controlled by The Client, and are in accordance with stringent health and safety requirements. We will however have a Management Team and skeleton crew available on call for any urgent and / or emergency works.

Any works undertaken under this exemption will be in accordance with our “COVID Safe Plan” and meet the guidelines of all relevant Government Exemption regulations.
